It all starts with two points.
Organizations know what isn’t working, and they know who has the knowledge to solve their problem. But they have a tough time connecting those two points. That’s where we come in.
Make listening focused, fast, and functional
By asking what matters, making the answers usable, and creating a practical path to action, we help you connect your two points.
Built from experience
We’ve worked in businesses, large and small, and we’ve felt the pain when leaders couldn’t figure out how to solve solvable problems. Or worse, when they tried but failed because surveys and consulting studies didn’t go anywhere. We knew there was a better way.
TwoPoints grew from an effort, working with partners, to solve this type of challenge for the U.S. military. Now, we’re helping healthcare, higher education, hospitality, and others improve their listening, learning, and action.
